Who we are

Our role

Sintegration OÜ was incorporated in the Republic of Estonia on 24 April 2025. Our registered principal activity is computer consultancy (EMTAK 62201).

Many growing companies need software or AI solutions but do not have an in-house engineering team, or the time to find, contract, and manage one. We close that gap. We act as the client's contractual counterparty and project lead: we define the requirements, select and manage qualified development partners, check the work, and hand over a finished, documented product.

We serve business clients internationally, across Asia, Europe, and other regions. Delivery draws on a network of specialist partners in several countries, including software development companies in Taiwan and providers of AI, cloud, computing, and hardware, with each of which we hold written agreements. Clients never need to find, contract, or coordinate these partners themselves.

Mission

What we are here to do

To give clients a single, accountable partner for their software projects, with clear scope, clear pricing, and verified delivery, while giving them access to experienced engineering teams they could not easily engage on their own.

• Clients contract with and pay Sintegration OÜ for the defined project scope.
• Sintegration OÜ manages scope, schedule, quality, and client communication, and is responsible for delivery.
• Specialist partners deliver their part of the solution under subcontracts with Sintegration OÜ, and are paid by us against verified milestones.
