Delivery model & governance

How we manage delivery through specialist partners

Sintegration OÜ is the single point of contractual responsibility. This page explains how we scope work, supervise our specialist partners, control quality, and hand over results.

The model

Why a managed-partner model

Specialist engineering capacity (for example mobile, AI integration, or cloud operations) is often hard for a single client to recruit and manage. We maintain relationships with established software development companies and with AI, cloud, computing, and hardware providers, and manage them on the client's behalf.

For the client, this means one contract, one invoice, one project lead, and one party responsible for the outcome. For us, it means we must control quality and scope tightly, which is what the framework below is designed to do.

Commercial flow

Contracts and payments

  • The client signs a service agreement and Statement of Work (SOW) with Sintegration OÜ.
  • Sintegration OÜ invoices the client per milestone or per agreed period, and each payment is matched to its invoice.
  • Sintegration OÜ signs a subcontract with each specialist partner involved and pays it against milestones that we have reviewed and accepted.
  • Payments are made through regulated financial institutions. We do not accept cash or anonymous payments.
Framework

Five-stage delivery framework

STAGE 1

Specification

Business requirements are documented as a functional specification with acceptance criteria and, where relevant, a system architecture outline.

STAGE 2

Partner selection

We select the qualified partners each project needs, based on the technology and capacity required, each under a written subcontract.

STAGE 3

Development

Work proceeds in iterations. We track progress, review code and interim builds, and report to the client regularly.

STAGE 4

Testing & acceptance

Features are tested and deployed to a test environment. The client verifies them against the acceptance criteria and signs off.

STAGE 5

Handover & support

We deliver source code, documentation, and deployment instructions, and provide maintenance if agreed.

Controls

How we control quality and risk

Partner due diligence

  • Verification of the partner's company registration and ownership.
  • Sanctions screening of the partner company and its owners.
  • Written subcontract covering confidentiality, quality obligations, and assignment of IP.
  • Review of past work and technical capability before assignment.

Engineering controls

  • Source code kept in a version-controlled repository to which the client can be given access.
  • Code review and automated tests as defined in the SOW.
  • Milestone payments to partners only after our review and client acceptance.
  • Documented release notes and deployment instructions.

Information security

  • Mutual NDAs before sensitive information is shared.
  • Least-privilege access to client systems, with credentials removed at project end.
  • Personal data handled in line with the GDPR; see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

  • Custom deliverables are assigned to the client on full payment, as set out in the SOW.
  • Partners assign IP in their work to Sintegration OÜ so it can be passed on to the client.
  • Pre-existing tools and third-party/open-source components remain under their own licences.
Engagement models

How we price work

Fixed-scope project

A fixed price for a defined scope, invoiced by milestone after acceptance.

Time & materials

For evolving scope: agreed rates, monthly invoicing, and timesheet reporting.

Maintenance & support

A monthly or annual agreement covering bug fixes, updates, and agreed response times.
